TEXTRA has been there on the transportation and forwarding market since 2006. Also since 2006 we have provided services within the Intrastat system. Warehousing appeared in our scope of activities in 2009.

We guarantee top quality service in all of these domains. 

Our policy is governed by:

• Responsibility – we are responsible for Carriers that we work with, we have a broad group of Carriers that we cooperate with on a regular basis, however, their documentation, vehicle roadworthiness and delivery punctuality is verified each time
• Professionalism – our team are a group of aspiring, well organized and knowledgeable forwarders with long term experience and customs agents who obtained qualifications in 1996
• Individual Customer Orientation – each Customer is assigned a dedicated forwarder or a customs agent who is at the Customer’s disposal, either when taking care of their orders or in a plain advisory manner, their work is built around understanding their Client’s requirements

• Safety – our forwarder’s insurance amounts to 1,000,000PLN (250,000EUR) and covers each event, our Customs Agents are insured up to 100,000PLN (25,000EUR)
• Prompt reaction – one of our main aims is to give proper service to every quote request or order that we receive and do it quick to save your time
• Constant shipment tracking – we monitor each vehicle that we are using, our Clients can be sure they will be informed about the current status of their shipments
